Pageviews & Programmatic. German regional publisher ZVW use traffic texts to support their advertising business. The texts are published to a Staumelder (traffic jam alerts, image right) section on the website, where users are presented with info on the latest disruptions aswell as an option to select just their town. ZVW is monetizing from two to three ad placements on each article page, sold programmatically. The result: this page view driving content + ad calls are completely automatically generated.
We're proud to announce the launch of a brand new golf vertical build on automated texts – Golfing.se. The Swedish Golf Association and sports publisher ESMG have joined forces to publish the site and our new golf robot write texts from every competition in Sweden – from the pro level down to local Tuesday night events.
Swedish Aftonbladet now publish weather updates as part of their local initiative, where they have set up 230 local sites around Sweden, with partly automated content, including local sports, real estate sales and traffic updates.
We're excited to welcome our first German traffic client, Zeitungsverlag Waiblingen. In July they went live with automatic traffic alerts for their audiences in and around Stuttgart. ZVW use traffic texts to support their advertising business.
Atlanta Journal Constitution have for many years published yearly reports on Metro Atlanta real estate prices at county level. This year they've deployed United Robots' real estate texts, which have been modified to suit the huge metropolis and AJC readers. The texts are here.
Our robots use SMS to automatically interview team coaches after matches – an innovation that won third place in INMA's Global Media Awards in June. This year over 2000 football coaches in Sweden and – for the first time – Finland, will take part. For Finland, the first ones were published in HSS Media titles Vasabladet and Österbottens Tidning on June 15.
The Swedish football leagues started back up at the weekend, and with it United Robots' delivery of automated texts and match illustrations – team logos with the result. This season we've got more publishers on board than ever. Another two Swedish media groups, NTM and Stampen, now take robot match reports for all their titles. The new ones are Alingsås Tidning, Bohusläningen, TTELA, BLT/Sydöstran, Ulricehamns Tidning, Norrbottens-Kuriren, NSD, Piteå Tidning, Gotlands Tidningar.
